Return & Refund Policy 

At VLACK, we craft every black piece with intention – from timeless silhouettes to exclusive customized designs. Our policy is designed to ensure fairness for both you and our team.

Returns & Exchanges (For Customized Products)

  • Each customized order at Vlack.in is specially made just for you, crafted with the designs or text you've selected.
  • Please double-check all customization details before placing your order – including spelling, design choices, and size selections.
  • Returns or exchanges are not accepted on customized products, as they are made uniquely as per your specifications.
  • Vlack.in will not be held responsible for delays, misplaced packages, or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details.
  • Customers remain liable to pay for customized items that cannot be delivered due to address errors provided at the time of ordering.

Returns & Exchanges (For Non-Customized Products)

  • We have a 2-day return policy (In case of damaged item received); you have 2 days after receiving your item to request a return.
  • To be eligible, your item must be unused, unworn, with tags, in its original packaging, and you must have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@vlack.in :

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you  instructions. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Reverse pickup is available only in select locations. In unserviceable areas, customers may be requested to self-ship the product.
  • Shipping charges (applicable) are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized products (special orders or personalized items)
  • Sale items or gift cards
  • Perishable goods, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (if eligible). Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order using your store credit / coupon code.

Refund Policy (Store Credit / Coupon Only)

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
  • If approved, refunds will be issued only as store credit or a coupon code usable for future purchases on Vlack.in.
  • Store credit / coupon will be shared within 3–5 business days of return approval.
  • No refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

Received a Damaged or Missing Product?

  • An unboxing video is mandatory to process any claims for damaged or missing items.
  • Share the video within 24 hours of delivery via email/WhatsApp.
  • Without an unboxing video, we will not be able to process return/refund requests for such cases.
