At VLACK, we believe your black should arrive just as bold and flawless as you imagined. Below is everything you need to know about how and when we deliver your order.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding Sundays & public holidays).
For customized products, processing may take 3–5 business days, as we craft each piece uniquely for you.

You’ll receive an order confirmation and shipping update via email/SMS as soon as it’s dispatched and can even be tracked under your profile.

2. Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery time:

Metro cities: 3–6 working days

Other cities/towns: 5–8 working days

Remote or rural areas: 7–10 working days

We ship via trusted logistics partners like Delhivery, Bluedart, or India Post, depending on your pin code.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
COD (Cash on Delivery) charges (if applicable) will be shown at checkout.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via SMS/email.
You can also log in to your VLACK account to view the status anytime.

5. Delivery Delays

While we aim for timely delivery, occasional delays may happen due to:

Unexpected weather or natural disruptions

Festive overloads or courier delays

Remote/inaccessible delivery locations

We truly appreciate your patience in such cases and will keep you informed throughout.

6. Delivery Attempt

Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If undelivered, the product may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will be applicable for the second attempt.
